Owner and founder, Sandy Smallwood, began his career as a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic and Journeyman Millwright. After more than 20 years, he used his mechanical expertise and pivoted his career into the vibration analysis field. In 2007, he founded Santech Vibration Ltd., a leading vibration analysis and equipment sales company.

Since 1999, Sandy has used his vast knowledge to provide industrial equipment and solutions for customers in the oil and gas, manufacturing, construction and forestry industries.
